Position: Aerospace Supplier Quality Representative

Main responsibilities:
* Lead, assess, and investigate supplier quality issues
* Plan and execute high-complexity, cross-functional projects and initiatives
* Participate in quality reviews, PMRs, and governance meetings with senior management (Directors)
* Identify improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and capability
* Define corrective actions and improvement plans with suppliers
* Propose innovative solutions and manage their deployment
* Perform risk analysis for complex solutions
* Develop and recommend communication strategies for decisions
* Analyze data and generate KPIs on supplier quality performance
* Manage RNC / VRNC Q & tasks requiring MRB approval
* Provide technical support and coaching on quality tools
* Mentor team members and participate in defining strategic plans
Other responsibilities:
* Review and approve quality forms (e.g., dropship)
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years experience in aerospace and quality
* Extensive problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
* Experience with problem-solving methodologies: 8D, PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Poka Yoke
* Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is an asset
* Experience with operation parts (machine parts, sheet metal, sub-assemblies)
* Knowledge of Aerospace Quality Systems and international standards
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to read blueprints and check dimensional properties, including GD&T knowledge
* Experience with First Article Inspections (AS9102) is an asset
* Knowledge of Net Inspect, Discus, SAP is an asset
* Proficiency with inspection tools (CMM, comparator, micrometers, gauges)
* Ability to work independently as a role model
