HR Advisor required for a 3 month FTC in and around the Bristol area. Key Responsibilities: • Lead on multiple TUPE consultation processes • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on a range of Employee Relations (ER) issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance management. • Coach and support line managers in applying HR policies and procedures. • Deliver HR skills training (managing investigations, grievances etc) Person Specification: •Previous experience in a HR Advisor role, ideally within the education sector. •Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of TUPE and employee relations casework. •Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Hybrid working, It’ll mainly be working from home. However, there will be some visits to education sites in the south, Bristol, Somerset, Gloucester, Dorset etc. and a small presence in Devon. There would also be a mileage allowance for site visits etc. This would be an immediate start.
