Through accurate reporting, quality assurance, and proactive issue resolution, the role directly supports organisational targets, regulatory compliance and enhanced resident satisfaction. What you'll bring: Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation Wide understanding of the building industry, including knowledge of materials, trades, methods and legal requirements Ability to complete post and quality inspections Experience in working with contractors and DLO Communication skills including completing schedule of works Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills Ability to use full suite of Microsoft as well as DRS Surveying skills Knowledge of Health and safety and CDM About L&Q: Were one of the UKs leading housing associations and developers.
