As a Fintech Pricing Analyst at Mews, you will play a pivotal role as part of a specialist team, developing and implementing pricing strategies for our payments & other fintech products, supporting our rapid business growth. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Pricing Performance Analysis: Evaluate the price-performance of Mews Payments & other related products and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments. Pricing Model Development: Build, refine, and maintain pricing models and tools that support daily business activity Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing levels, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments and optimizations. Pricing Strategy Execution: Support delivery & operationalisation of effective pricing strategy for embedded finance services to balance margin and competitivity. On occasion acting as trusted advisor in constructing specific deals New Product/Market Launches: Offering subject expertise & support setting prices for Fintech products in all markets. Forecasting: Conduct pricing simulations and scenario analyses to assess the impact of different pricing decisions on revenue and customer acquisition. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with overall business objectives. Pricing Documentation: Maintain comprehensive pricing documentation, ensuring transparency and consistency across the organization. Pricing Tools: Utilize pricing tools and software, including Looker, Salesforce, and Power BI, to support pricing analysis, modelling, and decision-making. ️ You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you: Experience in payments or fintech industries Demonstrated history of working on price optimization and commercial strategy projects 5 years of experience in a strategic/analytical role Able to source qualitative and quantitative market data, & familiar with reporting tools/software e.g. Looker, Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, Databricks to facilitate pricing analysis, modeling, and decision-making (preferred) Fluency in English required, any additional languages is a bonus
