Role Overview
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Payroll Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring colleagues are paid accurately and on time, adhering to all relevant legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Process payroll for new starters and leavers accurately and timely
* Gather, review, and apply payroll rules to timesheets and attendance data
* Maintain and update payroll data while ensuring confidentiality
* Support the HR team with general administrative payroll tasks
* Work to deadlines ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
Skills And Experience Required
* Proven payroll experience is essential
* Experience with Time and Attendance systems
* Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as in a team
* Commitment to confidentiality and maintaining data security
* Organised and proactive with a tidy working style
