* Candidate Experience, Gleaming Like Chrome: Ensure every candidate feels valued, from initial application to onboarding. Create a journey as smooth as a polished ceramic sink.
* Employer Branding That's a Real Head-Turner: Collaborate with marketing to build a brand that attracts top talent like a magnet. Be the bath bomb of the employer market.
* Analytical Ablutions: Dive deep into recruitment data, identify trends, and implement cutting-edge solutions. Unblock recruitment bottlenecks.
* Team Tap Support: Mentor and guide our Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring compliance and best practices. Provide the overflow of knowledge.
Qualifications
* Extensive and demonstrably successful experience in recruitment. Willing to get hands wet.
* A deep understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law. Knowledge of pipework and plumbing fixtures is a plus.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships as strong as reinforced shower hoses.
* Superior organisational and time management skills. Ability to handle a high-pressure environment with ease.
* Advanced proficiency in ATS and other recruitment tools. Proficient with recruitment technology.
