Role Overview
BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A DUTY MANAGER! In this role you will assist and support the management team in running shifts, carry out back‑of‑house duties alongside front‑of‑house tasks, and help develop and guide our crew to be more efficient and exceptional. You will be led by an experienced management team and work alongside kitchen, bar and floor staff.
Responsibilities
* Assist the management team in daily operations and shift planning
* Support, train and guide staff to deliver outstanding service
* Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house duties as required
* Maintain a welcoming and efficient bar environment
* Help set and uphold service standards and brand values
* Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
