An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (4+ PQE) to join a growing national law firm as part of its expanding Cheltenham office.
This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that is making significant investment in the Cheltenham market. Unlike many senior-level opportunities, there is no expectation to bring a following or generate work from day one. The team already benefits from a strong pipeline of high-quality instructions and is seeking an ambitious lawyer to support its continued growth.
You will join a collaborative and supportive private wealth team, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and entrepreneurs on a broad range of complex private client matters.
The Role
You will advise on:
• Wills, including complex trust structures
• Estate and succession planning
• Business succession matters
• Trust creation, administration and restructuring
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance Tax and wider tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Wealth preservation and asset protection strategies
The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider private wealth team. There will also be opportunities to mentor junior team members and play a key role in the continued development of the Cheltenham office.
