Role Overview
We are seeking a highly professional, customer-focused, and sales-driven Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role combines exceptional customer service with proactive sales responsibilities, ensuring every client receives a premium experience while also promoting our treatments, services, and packages.
As the face of our clinic, you will manage the reception area, welcome clients, handle bookings, and assist the sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front of House & Customer Service
•Greet all clients and visitors in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
* Manage check-in and check-out processes seamlessly.
•Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
•Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised reception area.
•Ensure a premium client experience from first contact to aftercare.
2. Sales & Service Promotion
•Proactively promote treatments, wellness services, and membership packages.
•Upsell additional services during bookings and client consultations.
•Achieve and exceed individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
•Follow up with leads and clients to convert enquiries into bookings.
•Assist in promoting seasonal offers, bundles, and loyalty programmes.
3. Administration & Bookings
•Manage clinic diaries and appointment scheduling efficiently.
•Process client payments, invoices, and refunds accurately.
•Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure GDPR compliance.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings, sales, and client feedback.
•Support management with stock control and order processing when required.
4. Team Support & Coordination
•Work closely with practitioners and therapists to ensure smooth client flow.
•Communicate special client requirements and preferences to relevant team members.
•Assist in organising events, open days, and promotional activities.
•Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience
•Previous experience in a medical clinic, wellness centre, spa, or aesthetic environment preferred.
•Proven track record in sales, customer service, or front-of-house operations.
•Knowledge of medical or wellness treatments is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
•GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration, sales, or customer service are advantageous.
