Construction Manager - Shifts
Location: Sizewell C, site-based role
Hours: 13:00 – 23:00 with rotating shift pattern to be reviewed and added November/December (TBC)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Competitive depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
* As a Construction Manager, oversee the re-construction of a key section of the SZC works and lead in ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
* From tactical logistics planning to stakeholder engagement, manage the entire construction lifecycle.
* Team Leadership: Strategic execution to develop and implement detailed construction strategies and plans.
* Project Oversight: Deliver new projects into the Sizewell C project with safety and quality at the forefront.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with contractors, regulators, and government bodies to ensure project success.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and embed lessons learned to ensure world-class project delivery.
* Maintain good knowledge of CDM Regulations and demonstrate a proven track record of their implementation.
What We’re Looking For
* A proven leader with a strong track record of delivering large, technically complex construction projects.
* Industry Expertise: Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams on complex projects within regulated environments.
* Management Skills: Supervising Tier 1 contractors.
* Leadership Capabilities: Ability to inspire teams, resolve complex issues, and foster collaboration.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methodologies, CDM Regulations, and earned value management tools.
* Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
* Degree and chartered status in engineering, construction, or related field desirable.
* SMSTS
* CSCS site manager card required
