Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset Manager - Solar
Location: North Cornwall
Salary: £35,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Advanced Resource Managers are supporting an established renewable energy installer seeking a motivated and organised Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of Solar PV sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage operational renewable energy sites to ensure performance and compliance.
* Diagnose and resolve system faults or underperformance issues.
* Review inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions.
* Collate and analyse site performance data for reporting.
* Liaise with clients, engineers, DNOs, and consultants.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in commercial Solar PV operations.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
