Join a Growing Global Pharma Leader. A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Manager for a highly regarded medicines wholesaler — part of an international group with Headquarters in Naples, with operations across Europe, the USA, and Singapore. From their base in Camberley, they support the supply of high-quality medicines and clinical trial products worldwide. This is a hybrid role 2-3 days based in Camberley office.
With exciting growth ahead, we're looking for a Procurement Manager who thrives on building supplier relationships, driving value, and ensuring smooth global supply chains.
Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance and reliability.
* Analyse spend on resale products to identify cost-saving and margin opportunities.
* Source new procurement channels and supplier routes for UK-origin products.
* Support global requests for clinical trial and human care products with competitive quotes.
* Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement and quality standards.
* Work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance to deliver seamless operations.
Qualifications
* Ideally a Minimum 2 years' procurement experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
* A diploma or degree (procurement certifications are a plus).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAGE experience a bonus.
* A structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
* Strong communication and people skills to collaborate across teams.
* Experience with clinical trial procurement or export processes is highly desirable.
