Guaranteed Hours After Probation: Once you've passed probation, we can guarantee up to 50% of the hours you commit to working each week.

Compassionate and reliable individuals with a passion for care.
Commitment to regular hours (e.g., 10, 20, or 30 hours per week) based on your availability and the needs of our customers.
Flexibility to work within agreed timeframes. Requirements:
You MUST have a full UK Driving Licence and your own car
Successful completion of probation to unlock guaranteed hours.
We ask everyone to offer some weekend commitment (time pro rata dependent on hours)
A PASSION for delivering high-quality care and support.
