Logistics - Fleet Administrator
Job summary:
As a Logistics Fleet Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating all Group Fleet deliveries nationwide, utilizing our internal drivers and external partners. Ensuring all delivery paperwork is accurate before sending it to the correct contact for payment, while controlling and administering associated costs across all brands.

This is a part-time position working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring 100% accuracy of all vehicle administration, including raising invoices, taxing vehicles, resolving complaints, and updating manufacturer systems.
* Processing documentation efficiently and accurately.
* Updating stock lists and maintaining transaction records.
* Processing vehicles prior to delivery in a timely and accurate manner.
* Supporting housekeeping and audit processes, ensuring information and customer details are current and accurate.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a busy administration environment is essential.
* A customer-centric attitude, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail with an organized approach, capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Assertive, approachable, proactive team player.
* Energetic and enthusiastic with strong verbal and written communication skills.
