The successful candidate will be required to confidently support teaching and learning activities across the National Curriculum years; Years 3 to 6. Experience of delivering intervention programmes eg SALT, Narrative and Motor Skills United are desirable. The Midday Assistant role includes supporting children with hygiene in preparation for their lunch, supervising children whilst they eat their lunch and helping younger children. A key part of the role is the ability to supervise the children in their play and being able to manage a class during wet playtimes.
