Job Description:
Our client is the Founder and majority shareholder of a London-based holding company managing his business interests, mainly in high-end hospitality across members clubs and eateries.
The Founder seeks a Senior Personal Assistant to support him personally and professionally as the main creative and strategic driver of the company. The role involves 24/7 support, ensuring his domestic and work life run smoothly. Responsibilities are split approximately 60% personal and 40% corporate tasks, including managing diaries, correspondence, projects, and providing ad hoc support. The PA will report directly to the Founder and support the Senior Director as needed.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule events and appointments, both professional and personal, prioritizing effectively.
* Handle all correspondence on behalf of the Founder, keeping him informed of matters requiring his attention.
* Act as gatekeeper, protecting the Founder’s time and diary, and represent him when appropriate.
* Maintain oversight of the Founder’s personal and professional life, anticipating issues and opportunities.
* Serve as a confidante and trusted advisor, offering counsel on scheduling, correspondence, and finances.
* Assist in managing the Founder’s public image, working with relevant team members to protect his privacy.
* Oversee household expenses, review business expenditure with the finance team, and liaise with household staff.
* Manage household and personal shopping, plan and book holidays and trips, and coordinate wardrobe management.
* Handle technology management, troubleshooting, and repairs at the private residence.
* Provide ad hoc assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
Additional Information
The candidate is expected to work in the office five days a week.

The ideal candidate will have most of the following:
* At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a family office or entrepreneur.
* Highly organized, responsive, with excellent administration and attention to detail.
* Trustworthy, discrete, and of high integrity, willing to go above and beyond.
* Resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling unexpected situations.
* A self-starter comfortable working autonomously.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with good emotional intelligence.
* Proactive, driven, problem-solver with high intuition and independence.
* Calm under pressure, professional, and with a positive attitude.
* Understanding of quality standards and alignment with the company's values.
* IT-literate with proficiency in basic programs and troubleshooting tech issues.
