Position: Waking Night Project Worker

Salary: £18,153 per annum
Hours: Part-time (27 hours per week)
Join our team at The Roses, a warm and inclusive specialist autism service supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. Some residents may display challenging behaviour, and you will play a key role in keeping them safe, supported and empowered throughout the night.
The Role
Support residents overnight, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort
Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs
Respond to crises and offer emotional support
Complete household tasks, administer medication and maintain accurate records
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred careAbout You
You are reliable, respectful and confident working independently while also being a strong team player. You adapt well to different needs and are committed to providing inclusive, person-centred support. Experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
Please note that working weekends and bank holidays is required.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
