We’re on the hunt for a detail-driven, people-focused Loans Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. You’ll be at the heart of our lending operations, helping customers access the funds they need while making sure every step is accurate, compliant, and delivered with care. What you’ll be doing Processing loan applications from start to finish, ensuring everything is accurate and in line with policy. Assessing affordability and eligibility with a fair, balanced approach. Communicating with members via phone and email, explaining decisions clearly and providing guidance where needed. Maintaining accurate records and updating systems. Collaborating with other team members to keep processes smooth, efficient, and customer focused. What we’re looking for A keen eye for detail and great organisational skills. Previous experience in an administrative or lending environment (financial services experience would be a bonus). A confident communicator who can build rapport and confidently support people from all backgrounds. Someone who enjoys problem-solving and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
