Are you passionate about supporting children with Additional Learning Needs? rTriibe is looking for dedicated and compassionate ALN Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming schools across Deeside.

The Role:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ALN
• Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet individual needs
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting children with ALN/SEN in UK schools
• A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Two professional references covering the last 24 months
• Availability full-time or at least 3 days per week
