Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £52,500 plus group discount and technical development.
Shifts: 4 on 4 off – days and nights.
Responsibilities
* Join a shift team of 10 engineers, including SMEs and Shift Managers, and support the team and help in their development.
* Be responsible for electrical and mechanical fault finding on fully automated systems, following PPMs using the CMMS system.
* React to any breakdowns during the shift and be an essential part of engineering problem solving, ensuring faults are eliminated.
* Work on £200m worth of automated machinery and high‑tech equipment, including conveyor systems, ASRS systems, and packaging equipment.
Qualifications
* Recognised engineering qualification.
* Ability to communicate confidently and work as part of a team.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
* Skill in fault finding and isolating systems to make them safe.
* Background from the Armed Forces is welcome and supported.
