Location: 1 Piries Place, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1EH
Job Type: Full-Time (Including Saturdays)

We are dedicated to providing personalised eye care services, including comprehensive eye examinations, children’s eye care, contact lens fittings, and a curated selection of stylish eyewear. The practice will shortly be moving to a new premesis and undergoing an expansion and re-fit; this is an exciting time to become a part of the long-standing team at Louise Sloan.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting patients with frame selection and lens options.
Support the dispensing process, ensuring accurate measurements and fittings.
Manage appointment bookings and patient records.
Maintain the presentation of the practice and ensure a welcoming environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as an Optical Assistant.
* Warm and welcoming persona.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to delivering personalised patient care.
An interest in fashion and eyewear trends.
