What we’re looking for:
* A proven track record in a 360 recruitment role – ideally within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Commercial, or similar technical sectors
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop new business and nurture client relationships
* A results-driven mindset with the resilience, motivation, and professionalism to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a consultative, client-first approach
Your responsibilities
* End-to-end management of both contract and permanent recruitment processes
* Driving business development through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
* Building and managing long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Writing and managing job adverts, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
* Conducting interviews, screening candidates, and managing offers/negotiations
* Managing aftercare for placed candidates, including contractor support and relationship building
* Developing in-depth knowledge of the Energy sector and the technical disciplines we support

Requirements
* Previous 360 recruitment experience
* Proven ability to generate and convert new business
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Right to Work in the UK is essential
