Job Title: Shift Plumber
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Working Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Off, 4 Nights On, 4 Off (7 to 7 rotation - 12hr shift)
Are you an experienced Plumbing Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge on a rotational days and nights shift, for an esteemed award-winning facilities company? Join a proactive Facilities Management team, managing a large, busy building who need a focus on plumbing and heating services.
You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining building maintenance systems and equipment across the entire site. Your duties will include:
* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair.
* Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including statutory compliance and remedial works
* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment.
* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate:
* Level 2 minimum in Plumbing &/or Heating (Mechanical Engineering)
* Proven experience as a Plumbing/Maintenance Engineer
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
