We are looking for an experienced and driven FP&A Manager to join our Commercial Finance Team. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic business, working closely with our Head of FP&A and a team of experienced Finance Business Partners. Key Responsibilities Commercial Finance Business Partnering Act as a trusted finance partner to the Regional Leader, providing financial insight and challenge across business units generating revenues in excess of £30M. Take full accountability for the end-to-end P&L, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and a deep understanding of key performance drivers. Support operational and commercial decision-making by translating financial results into clear, actionable insight. Lead regular performance reviews with senior stakeholders,identifyingopportunities to improve profitability and drive operational efficiency. Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead the coordination, consolidation, and delivery of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans within Workday Adaptive Planning. Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational leaders to ensure assumptions are robust and aligned with strategicobjectives. Continuously develop and enhance Adaptive models and reporting processes to reflect business growth and complexity. Performance Analysis & Reporting Deliver high-quality management and board reporting that clearly explains performance against budget, forecast, and prior year. Provide insightful variance analysis and commentary, highlighting risks, opportunities, and emerging trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial literacy and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organisation. M&A and Strategic Support Support evaluation and financial modelling of potential acquisitions and investment opportunities. Contribute to due diligence and post-acquisition analysis to ensure commercial and financial alignment. Provide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to inform strategic planning and resource allocation. Ad Hoc Analytics & Continuous Improvement Develop and automate tools, dashboards, and models that enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and impact of financial analysis. Champion continuous improvement across FP&A processes,leveragingdata and technology to drive smarter ways of working. Act as a key source of analytical insight and trusted advisor to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. What we’re looking for Qualified Accountant with 3 Years post qualified experience (Essential) Strong commercial acumen and ability to challenge established practices constructively. Experience working with Power BI (Desirable) Experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning (Desirable) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proven experience providing data-driven insight that supports improved business performance. Hands-on experience with financial modelling and analysis. Excellent communicator, confident working with stakeholders at all levels. Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
