Assembly & Repair Technician - Aerospace Industry

Full-Time Contract (Inside IR35)
£18.90 per hour (Umbrella)
Mon-Thu: 7:30-16:00 | Fri: 7:30-13:00

We're recruiting for a Skilled Technician to join a leading aerospace organisation in Farnborough, supporting the manufacture, maintenance, and repair of intricate instruments and indicators used in aircraft and spacecraft.
Role Overview:
You'll be part of a specialised production cell, responsible for:
1. Assembling, testing, and inspecting aerospace instruments to high standards.
2. Performing detailed repair work under magnification.
3. Meeting quality and production requirements in a regulated environment.
Key Requirements:
4. Proven experience working with fine, intricate components (e.g., electronics, watchmaking, medical devices, or similar).
5. Comfortable working with magnification tools (e.g., magnifying glasses or microscopes).
6. Able to pass a practical trade test during the interview process.
7. Must have full right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available for this role.
