Role – English Teacher
Location – Solihull
Position: Full Time
Salary: £171.00 - £250.00 (pay dependent on experience)
We are currently working with a secondary school in Birmingham that is looking to appoint an English Teacher.
The school is seeking a motivated and engaging teacher who can inspire students across KS3 and KS4 and contribute positively to a supportive English department. This opportunity is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs.
The successful candidate will be joining a school with supportive leadership, clear behaviour systems and a strong focus on student progress and development.
The role:
* Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 & KS4
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Supporting student attainment and progress
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The ideal candidate will have:
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
* Strong classroom management skills
* A positive and professional approach
