What you’ll be doing:
* Support the development and implementation of Reward policies, processes, and best practice across the business
* Contribute to key Reward activities such as pay reviews, incentives, and managing the psychological contract
* Assist in applying market pay insights and evaluating Reward processes to support fair and competitive practices
* Help drive the use of key tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, and Tableau, sharing knowledge with others across the business
* Contribute to Reward-related projects to deliver agreed business outcomes
* Work closely with the People Team and stakeholders to provide consistent and efficient support
* Support the delivery of services provided by People Services and third parties, ensuring high quality and accuracy
* Collaborate with other Centres of Expertise (CoEs) and partners to provide business-focused solutions
* Use data to provide insights and support decisions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Support the development of governance frameworks and educational tools to ensure consistent implementation of Reward practices
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience leading or supporting Reward projects, including Compensation and Benefits, with a clear understanding of best practices
* Practical expertise in job evaluation methodologies such as WTW or Hay
* Experience in managing Reward activities and influencing small teams of HR professionals
* Proven ability to operate as an effective business partner, ideally with international stakeholder exposure
* Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering change management and organisational development projects
* Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform Reward decisions
* CIPD qualification is advantageous
