This exciting opportunity will allow you to provide field-based support to our users where you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding our customer expectations. This involves installation, preventative maintenance, validation, and emergency repairs for our products and equipment. This role will also allow you to develop new business opportunities for maintenance contracts and leads. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced or junior engineer and offers the potential to progress through the service organisation or other fields within our business. This role would ideally suit someone based in Berkshire/Surrey/Hampshire as the role will primarily cover this area. Who you are:HNC or equivalent or above in either an Engineering or Scientific disciplineHands on experience in a laboratory or mechanical/electrical engineering environment (preferred)Computer literate with the ability to write reportsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to solve practical hands-on technical problems resourcefullySelf-starter with the ability to work independently, accompanied with strong execution, organisational & time management skills
