Job Title: Engineering Capability Support
Location: Glascoed
Salary: £42,132 per annum - dependent on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
* Engage with external learning bodies to develop/embed core toolsets, techniques and learning
* Provide assurance to the Engineering Capability Manager to confirm that the function is performing in line with its requirements, continually seeking opportunities to further enhance overall performance
* Supporting the enhancement of Engineering SQEP to meet current and future requirements, budget management, and training delivery planning and execution
* Proactively engage in the coaching and development of all staff, presenting at formal training events, participating in knowledge acquisition and sharing and continually giving constructive and challenging feedback during the course of assurance activities as appropriate
* Co-ordination of Knowledge Management activities
* Ensuring that Engineering competency is documented and assessed and training needs identified as an output of functional engagement and competency reviews
Your skills and experiences:
* Ability to develop, monitor and improve robust processes and report on budget planning and usage.
* Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience of identifying, developing, monitoring and implementing Training solutions.
* Experience of working within an Engineering environment
* Working knowledge of MS Office
* Degree or expereicne in related field

The Engineering Capability Support Team:
As a capability support professional you will support the people Capability delivery manager within the Engineering function across the Land UK Business. This will entail, monitoring and review Engineering activities to ensure that they are properly conducted. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and continuously improve people, business processes, tools and techniques within Munitions to improve all aspects of Engineering performance.
