We work with local authorities and private clients with personal budgets, providing tailored home care services to individuals with mental health diagnoses, physical health conditions, learning disabilities, and low‑ to high‑level health care needs. Our aim is to support recovery, promote independence, and help minimise hospital admissions.
About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide person‑centred care for an elderly lady living in her own home. This role involves supporting her to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life within a safe and familiar environment.
You will work exclusively in one home setting, building a consistent, trusting relationship with the individual.
Shifts will include days and waking nights on a rolling rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care
* Assist with daily personal care routines including washing, dressing, and toileting
* Promote dignity, comfort, and respect at all times
Meal Support
* Prepare and assist with nutritious meals and drinks
* Encourage and support adequate food and fluid intake
Medication Support
* Provide support with medication administration in line with care plans and guidelines
* Monitor and report any concerns regarding health or medication
Household Support
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
* Carry out light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying
Emotional & Social Support
* Provide companionship and reassurance
* Support emotional wellbeing, particularly during periods of anxiety
* Engage in conversations and activities that promote comfort and familiarity.
Specialist Support Requirements
* Provide care and understanding for a person living with dementia and anxiety
* Use a calm, patient, and reassuring approach in all interactions
* Recognise and respond appropriately to changes in behaviour or mood
About You
* Essential: Has previous experience supporting with dementia and anxiety
* Demonstrates life experience and emotional maturity
* Has a caring, calm and patient nature
* Is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care
* Is reliable, observant, and able to work independently.
