Experienced Surveyor required to work with leading Housing Association on a permanent contract. My client requires an experienced and professional Surveyor to join their specialist repairs team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of building and property maintenance. You will support the effective delivery of contracted and internal maintenance services focused on all property issues, and investment decisions and providing technical building support prevention. Main tasks: Pre and post inspection surveys to diagnose potential or existing disrepair or damp and mould cases.
