Job Overview
An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Records Clerk in Central. The Health Records Clerk will be responsible for providing an essential support service in the continuing care of patients, ensuring that the case notes are at the right place at the right time. The post holder will cover all aspects of the role including the pulling, filing, pruning, destruction, preparation amalgamation and secure transportation of case notes. The Health Records Clerk will also support with the delivery of the Health Records Operational Plan by supporting Health Records Supervisors/Co-ordinator/ Assistant Site Manager. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
