We are seeking a Cash Management Analyst to join our Cash Management and Investment Division under Group Treasury Management Depa
rtment.The Cash Management and Investment Division is responsible for administering the short-term liquidity outlook of the company, consolidate the group’s cash and manage the daily investments and short-ter
m debt.Your primary role is to work on enhancing the existing cash forecasting and cash management processes, optimizing investment across different money market instruments, monitoring short-term debt performance and further develop the Group’s cash optimization
model.
Duties and Responsi
bilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the f
ollowing:
• Evaluate and drive continuous improvement of processes to preserve capital, assure liquidity and optimi
ze return.• Forecast monthly cash receipts and disbursements and identify daily excess cash for i
nvestment.• Execute daily investment and short-term debt issuance proposal and identify the optimal investment tenor based on the company’s liquidity outlook and market e
nvironment• Manage, monitor and report global performance of cash flow and variance analysis on key performance i
ndicators.• Develop regular analysis on Group’s cash outlook, including receipts, disbursements analysis and ad-ho
c analysis• Work with relevant stakeholders to assess cash funding req
uirements.• Enhance Cash forecasting process and accuracy level by working with internal and external cou
nterparts.• Assist in the setup, configuration and implementation of different bank and financial instruments in the Saudi Aramco
footprint.• Assist in the setup, configuration and implementation of notional and physical cash pooling, payment factory and In-House Banking
structures• Manage, monitor and report on the Group’s cash optimization performance and
processes.• Review and propose changes, if required, to Saudi Aramco
Guidelines• Present to the liquidity outlook of the company Treasury
Management
Minimum
requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or a related field. An advanced degree
is preferred.You will have 10-15 years of experience in cash management and cash forecasting activities. Integrated Oil Company operational experien
ce is a plus.Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA or CFP are strong
ly preferred.You will be able to mentor and coach staff in developing their analytical skills and project delivery
capabilities.Advanced proficiency in English, Excel, SAP and excellent presentation skills are al
so necessary.
