Fibre Project Coordinator
We are seeking a Fibre focused Project Coordinator to join our team, working from our office in Watford on a hybrid basis. This opportunity is an initial 3-month contract (Inside IR35) with the potential to move to permanent for the right person. What you will be doing:

Supporting Delivery Managers and Commercial Lead as required with data entry onto various systems, providing updates where required.
*
Helping secure permits for site access and completing associated reports on a bi-daily basis.
*
Raising of civils permits through to completion.
*
Updating the client database with necessary information, promptly and accurately.
*
Keep planning tool updated via bulk upload, Status updates and Purchase Order creation/Receipts.
*
Assisting team with collating and generating handover/job packs when required.
*
Booking site access or outages per client or job requirements and recording this on the Project Tracker.
*
Ordering any materials required on the job materials pick list.
What you’ll need to do it:

Previous experience in a similar role is a must to ensure you can pick things up quickly.
*
Willingness to learn with excellent attention to detail.
*
Great communicator with passion and eagerness to learn and grow with us.
*
Demonstrable organisation & time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
*
Experienced in MS Office, Excel, word, MS Project preferred.
*
Openreach PIA experience/knowledge beneficial, but not essential.
*
Street Manager experience/knowledge beneficial, but not essential.

Location: Watford (WD18 8YA) 3 days a week, work from home 2 days a week.
Rate: £150-£170 per day (Inside IR35) depending on experience.
