Overview
Children's Home Deputy Manager – Ormskirk. Widnes based home. Home specialises in supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours. The home can support up to 2 children. The home is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED.
Responsibilities
* The deputy will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home is safe and effective in providing support to children and young people.
* The deputy will deputise as the manager when the RM is absence.
* Support with managing and recruiting staff team.
Contract Details
* Full-time, permanent contract
* 2 on, 4 off, with admin days
* £16.60 p/h + £60 per sleep
Requirements
* NVQ level 3/4 in children and young people
* Team Leader or Deputy Management experience
* Driver
