This is a Hygiene Manager role where you’ll take real ownership of standards, systems, and performance across a fast-moving retail packing site. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo - it’s about raising the bar, driving consistency, and making hygiene a visible strength of the operation.
With continued growth across the UK and Ireland, you’ll play a key part in shaping how hygiene supports quality, safety, and future expansion - working closely with a strong technical team while leading from the front on-site.

Your responsibilities as Hygiene Manager
Oversee day-to-day activities and systems across the site
Drive continuous improvement in standards and processes
Lead, train and develop the hygiene team to deliver consistent performance
Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, legislation and customer requirements
Support audits, site visits and technical reviews as the hygiene lead
Work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen systems
What we’re looking for in a Hygiene Manager
Previous experience within hygiene in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of food safety principles and BRC standards
Experience managing hygiene systems and ERP-based processes
Proven ability to lead and develop teams within a production setting
Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office and hygiene platforms
Working hours
Permanent night shift, Sunday – Thursday (5 days per week), 40 hours per week
