Bar and Restaurant Supervisor – Malmaison

Location: Manchester Piccadilly

Type of contract: Full‑time

Hours: Competitive pay with flexible shifts – open 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.


Responsibilities

* Serve as the face of the restaurant and bar, ensuring world‑class guest service.
* Control the flow of guests, coordinating between the bar, kitchen and management for a smooth dining experience.
* Help manage staff schedules, training and performance.
* Maintain high standards for food, wine and cocktails, delivering celebrity service.
* Communicate with kitchen and management to meet guest expectations.
* Lead daily bar operations, inventory and cash handling.
* Support career progression into a Head of Department role.


Qualifications

* Experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment.
* Strong people‑management and communication skills.
* Passion for food, wine and cocktails.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
