Territory Manager - Medical Devices

Location: Scotland & Northeast

Salary: £35,000 - £44,000 DOE + uncapped £20,000 OTE

Car: Fully expensed company car + fuel card

The Role: This is a consultative sales role where you will promote a portfolio of market-leading surgical products. You'll be trained to a high standard, working closely with clinicians in operating theatres to provide product expertise and deliver outstanding customer support.

Comprehensive product and clinical training is provided, meaning you do not need medical device experience - what you do need is a proven track record in new business B2B sales, the hunger to learn, and the resilience to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive market.


The Person: We are looking for ambitious, driven sales professionals who want to break into the medical devices industry.

1. At least 3 years of successful B2B new business sales experience (any sector)
2. A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
3. Resilient, tenacious, and motivated by growth and success
4. Willingness to learn about clinical environments and anatomy (full training provided)
5. Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
6. Full UK driving licence

Experience in healthcare or clinical sales is beneficial but not essential - personality, attitude, and drive are what matter most.

The Package - Territory Manager

7. Basic salary: £35,000 - £44,000 DOE
8. Bonus: Uncapped, realistic £20,000 OTE
9. Car: Fully expensed company car + fuel card
