We’re People for Research (PFR) – a leading UK-based recruitment agency for user research participants. You'll join a friendly and supportive marketing team as we continue to grow our participant community. Work alongside a portfolio of globally recognised clients, helping them improve the products and services that matter most.
What you’ll do:
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns that connect researchers with real people from all walks of life. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator, your day-to-day could include:
* Creating engaging social media content and managing community engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
* Using tools like LinkedIn, Meta and CRM platforms to help target and recruit participants for research projects.
* Supporting with SEO-optimized blogs, email campaigns and website updates.
* Managing our helpdesk to provide excellent participant support.
* Segmenting data and assisting with audience profiling.
* Contributing fresh content ideas and acting as a brand guardian to uphold consistency and quality.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Have excellent communication skills and love turning ideas into great content.
* Are a natural storyteller and know how to craft compelling copy.
* Are confident using (or excited to learn) tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and Brevo.
* Enjoy working with data, spreadsheets and CRM platforms.
* Are organised, creative, and curious, always asking, “How could this be better?”.
* Have some experience (paid, intern or volunteer) in marketing or comms.
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
* A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related subject.
* Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, CIM, HubSpot Academy).
