What We’re Looking For:
* QTS and secondary school teaching experience are essential. While we are particularly interested in Maths, English, Science and Business teachers, we are open to candidates from other subject areas.
* A strong desire to contribute to change and help drive progress within the school.
* A compassionate yet resilient communicator, capable of managing student behavior, identifying individual needs, and addressing barriers to success.
* Previous pastoral experience is a plus, but not essential.

Lift Firth Park is a vibrant, mixed secondary school for students aged 11–16. Located in Shiregreen, Sheffield, we serve around 1,200 pupils and reflect a richly diverse community, with more than a third of students speaking English as an additional language.
