Job Description:
A Student Accommodation provider is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee their site in London SE1 on a temporary basis.
Key Details:
* Duration: 8 weeks
* Working hours: Shift basis between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
* EU work permit required: Yes
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise customer service operations
* Manage student inquiries
* Escalate issues to relevant departments
* Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling emails/phone calls
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a management or supervisory role
* Proven customer service skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and make decisions
