What you will do As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will support the design and development of class-leading Condition-Based Maintenance systems and products for electrical utilities and industrial customers. You will apply strong fundamentals in both analog and digital electronics and contribute across the full electronic product development lifecycle. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and test engineers. You will operate within an Agile development environment using Scrum, contributing to the delivery of critical, customer-facing solutions. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong technical judgement, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment.
