Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?
Practicus is delighted to be partnering with Butterfly Conservation, who are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer to help grow and nurture their network of corporate supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting butterflies, moths, and their habitats, while helping businesses make a positive impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and developing relationships with existing corporate donors
* Identifying and securing new partnerships with aligned organizations
* Creating tailored proposals, reports, and updates
* Meeting income targets while ensuring supporter satisfaction
* Supporting online shop and product partnerships to promote sustainability
* Collaborating with the Communications Team to showcase partnerships
* Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in fundraising, ideally corporate fundraising
* Experience working within charities
* Ability to manage diverse relationships
* Practical experience with charity CRM systems
* Knowledge of GDPR legislation and fundraising regulations
* Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies
* Experience stewarding funder relationships
* Excellent communication skills
* A role with purpose and environmental impact
* Flexible working arrangements
* Remote-first culture with supportive colleagues

Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)
Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
