About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Adults Social Worker to join a Safeguarding / Initial Response Team. This role is suited to practitioners with strong frontline experience who can confidently manage safeguarding concerns and initial assessments.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake safeguarding enquiries and initial response work
* Complete assessments and interventions in line with statutory duties
* Manage risk and protect adults at risk of abuse or neglect
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal teams
* Maintain accurate, timely case records
