Join to apply for the Invoicing Administrator role at SPI Management.

Are you a detail-driven individual with a knack for numbers? We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy part-time Invoicing Administrator to join our client's team on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Producing approximately 750 sales invoices per month
2. Raising quotations
3. Ensuring accurate coding to the appropriate nominal/general ledger code
4. Producing sales credits when required
5. Occasional administrative support across the business
6. Maintaining cash flow

Requirements:

* Experience with invoicing and Sage 50
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to support a fast-paced office environment
