Job Summary
Soltherm External Insulations LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our customer service team based in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent role in Milton Keynes (MK3). The ideal candidate will be hardworking, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a desire to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing: Manage customer orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
2. Order Management Oversight: Oversee the full order-to-delivery process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Customer Registration: Register new customers in the IFS system with complete and accurate details.
4. Index Management: Maintain product indices and customer-specific pricing data.
5. Order Auditing: Regularly audit processed orders for compliance and error minimization.
6. Stock Coordination & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics, and place replenishment orders with the parent company.
7. Pricing Support: Assist with price updates and communicate changes effectively.
8. Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate when necessary.
9. Product Knowledge & Key Account Communication: Maintain product expertise and serve as main contact for key accounts.
10. System Management & Reporting: Keep customer records updated and support report analysis for operational insights.
11. Cost-Saving Initiatives & Documentation: Identify efficiency strategies and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Technical Knowledge
* Microsoft Office suite proficiency
* Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably IFS
* Knowledge of external wall insulation or construction industry is a plus
Qualifications & Certifications
* Experience in customer service, order processing, or account management
* Relevant certifications are beneficial but not mandatory
