We are looking for an exceptional educational professional who is passionate about improving teaching and learning and thrives on working collaboratively with schools to drive positive change. If you are motivated by closing gaps for disadvantaged learners and inspiring teachers to deliver their best, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across Wiltshire.
As part of our School Effectiveness service, you will join a committed team focused on raising standards, strengtheningleadershipand improving outcomes for all pupils. You will work with a wide range of schools, accessevidenceinformedpractice, contribute to countywide initiatives and benefit from professional development, new technologyand systemwide collaboration within an ambitious local authority.
Your daily work will centre on modelling and developing highquality, inclusive teaching, coaching schoolleadersand teachers, delivering impactful CPD, and supporting schools to use data,researchand strategic planning to enhance outcomes. You will provide targeted support and challenge, carry out reviews and learning walks, and support broader schoolimprovement priorities across the county.
To be successful, you will need Qualified Teacher Status(QTS), a proven record of exceptional teaching, strong experience coaching or supporting others, and deep knowledge of inclusive,evidencebasedclassroom practice. You will be reflective,organisedand credible, committed to improving outcomes for disadvantaged and vulnerable learners, and able to build strong professional relationships while driving sustainable improvement.
