The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to developing client relationships and delivering results. Youll build and grow a desk within one of our three markets; NI, ROI or USA, developing long-term partnerships with both candidates and clients. Day-to-day, you will: Proactively source, interview, and match candidates to client requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from first call to offer stage Develop in-depth knowledge of the Accountancy & Finance market in Northern Ireland Hit and exceed individual and team targets Represent our brand professionally at networking and social events What Were Looking For We dont necessarily need recruitment experience - were looking for attitude and drive.
