Derwen College is recruiting for a part-time receptionist, one day per week.
Main responsibilities
* Greeting visitors and directing them accordingly.
* Delivering exceptional customer service.
* Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls.
* Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
* Booking meeting rooms.
* Maintain campus security by following safety procedures and controlling access beyond reception.
* Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
* Receiving, sorting and distributing mail and parcel deliveries.
* Keeping the reception area clear and tidy.
Performing other clerical duties as requested.
Person Specification
* An approachable and friendly manner.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Hands-on experience with office equipment.
* Solid written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive if the need arises.
* Professional attitude and appearance.
* Flexible.
