Sales Development Representative Location: Remote (occasional travel to offices in the South East)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for cyber security? A fast-growing, well-established cyber security provider is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in a mission-led organisation dedicated to protecting people, systems, and data.

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in shaping their first impression. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting cross-sell and upsell efforts with existing customers. Collaborating closely with both the marketing and sales teams, you’ll execute targeted outreach strategies and book high-quality meetings that drive pipeline growth.

This role is perfect for someone with previous sales or lead generation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career within cyber security.

Identify key decision-makers within target accounts through research and outreach.
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Book discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
Support marketing campaigns by responding to and nurturing leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and outreach effectiveness.

Demonstrating a strong contribution to lead pipeline quality and conversion rates.
Maintaining clean, detailed records within the CRM system.
Evidencing learning and development around cyber security and sales best practices.

2+ years’ experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing commercial role.
~ Confidence with cold outreach and objection handling.
~ A genuine interest in cyber security and technology.
~ Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar is a plus.
